Northeast Florida Wound Care Center
The Northeast Florida Wound Care Center is a unique health service dedicated to caring for people with chronic, non-healing wounds. The center offers an outpatient program that brings together a team of experienced physicians and nurses with knowledge in all areas of wound management.
Located on campus at 1895 Kingsley Ave., Suite 200, the Northeast Florida Wound Care Center provides a thorough, diagnostic appraisal of wounds and patient follow-up in a specially designed care management program.
